  • Do you have contracts?

    Yes. Our contract entails what to expect from both parties involved and is attached with every estimate we provide. When you accept the estimate, you agree to the contract.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We ask that payment please be made in full upon the final walkthrough and given to your project manager. Cash, checks made out to PRO-Found Painting LLC, and credit card payments (clients agree to pay a service fee) are accepted.

  • What kind of warranty do you offer?

    PRO-Found Painting is a member of the PCA (Painting Contractors Association) and follows all proper work protocol and craftsmanship per industry standards, along with using only quality products! However, if there is a failure due to a defective product or improper application we have a 3 year warranty that covers both materials and labor!

  • What should I do to prepare my house for painting?

    This can vary depending on your project! Rest assured, we make sure to communicate any expectations when we are working in or around your home before the project start date. One thing we always appreciate is a safe and clean jobsite for our crew, but our goal is to make sure the process is easy and comfortable for you!

  • Do I have to be at home while you are painting?

    You don’t! Although we strive to complete a walkthrough with our clients before beginning the work and at the end of the project, we understand this isn’t always possible. We can start, operate, and complete your project while you’re on vacation, living across the country, or just going about your busy schedule!

  • What happens if there are any problems with the paint job?

    We pride ourselves on frequent communication so you can stress less and stay informed on project progress. You will be able to communicate directly with a project manager who will provide consistent updates, check quality standards, and answer any questions you may have.

  • Can I provide my own paint?

    We use high quality products from Sherwin Williams that we are sure are the right product to get the job done. For this reason, we do not use paint provided by a client as this may have an effect on quality or application, and will not be covered by our warranty.

  • Will you come back for touch ups?

    Minor touch ups can be inevitable and are easy for us to do after a project is completed. You can contact your project manager, and we will make sure we get back as quickly and briefly as possible to ease any concern!
